I'm Leidy (pronounced like the English word "Lady"). I spent 19 years managing risk across some of the most demanding institutions in financial services. I've built enterprise frameworks, navigated regulatory complexity, and led teams through uncertainty. And somewhere between the boardroom and my family's coffee farm in the Colombian mountains, I figured out that the same thinking that protects billion-dollar institutions can help real people navigate the transitions that matter most.
I study transitions through unexpected lenses: fallen empires, ancient agricultural wisdom, planetary boundaries research, science fiction. My clients don't get generic advice. They get frameworks built for the complexity of what they're actually navigating.
